I've tried updating the firmware multiple times and that doesn't seem to be helping, as a matter of fact plugging the device into my PC while holding the 1 and 2 buttons like the instructions tell me to seems to make the device completely unresponsive.Īny ideas on what might be going on? I'm plugging it into my monitor atm due to a semi-temporary lack of space issue, if that makes any kind of difference. I've even tried changing profiles and editing those, and it's not even using the defaults of what the software had for that profile. I've already triple checked that i"m using the right profile.
